Even the best built projects cannot stand the test of time with no need for occasional maintenance or repair from adverse weather conditions.  Since we know and understand proper building specifications and technique, Baio and Sons can be called upon to repair glitches in or damage to a client's pre-existing construction

We will visit your home to inspect the structural problems that you are having with you home, and provide you an estimate on the repair needed. We will discuss in general terms what will need to be done to remedy the situation, and provide assistance with the completion of the project.
